Update on the function of 布罗卡's area: we still don't know much.
It seems like everyone is studying 布罗卡's area for any number of functions. The most recent is the 大卫发表评论的科学论文 a while back. That paper argued that 布罗卡's area supports sequential processing of lexical, grammatical, and phonological information. Like other claims about 布罗卡's area, this paper has sparked a debate. New rule: when speculating about the function of 布罗卡's area you have to 在 least mention the range of other ideas/data. 可能be this will promote cross-universe interaction.
New rule #2: don't use the term "布罗卡's area" without further specification. We all know that 布罗卡's area is composed of 在 least two subregions that seem to do different things. Please specify.
